Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Allegeddeath Tree Service wants allegeddeath.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a common standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Aim to Take

To make the site easier to use, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site now and then and fix problems as we find them.

If the Site Is Hard to Use

You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@allegeddeath.garden, and we will do our part to assist.

Send Us Feedback

We want to hear how the site works for you. Email contact@allegeddeath.garden and tell us:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Work That Keeps Going

Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
